He serves on the Board of Directors for the California Applicants Attorneys Association (CAAA) and has served as past president of the local chapter between 2023 and 2025. Known for his strategic insight and unwavering personal commitment to his clients, Mr. Smith remains a zealous and respected advocate in the field of Workers’ Compensation.

Jayson Smith has been an integral member of Smith Law Group, LLP since 2020. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2024. While pursuing his legal education, Mr. Smith joined the firm as a law clerk, where he developed a deep understanding of the California workers’ compensation system and the unique challenges faced by injured employees. Now Mr. Smith serves as a partner at Smith Law Group, LLP where he continues to zealously advocate for his clients across all sectors of Public Safety.
